ZONG Issue

We confirmed that some Crescents that were purchased via Zong have not been sent to players' accounts successfully.

If you cannot receive Crescent although you are waiting for 24 hours, the Crescent could possibly be stuck in our system.
Please confirm the following things.

1. Have you received a confirmation mail saying that "PayPal has charged to your phone bill"?
2. Are you waiting for over 24 hours?

In order for us to search for your missing Crescent please make sure to provide us with Txn code.
Txn code is not same as PIN code. Txn code is written on the confirmation mail that you received from Zong.

i bought 500 crescents with zong and i didn't reiceived them plz CyberStep i need my crescents back
